Happy Monday!!
How is everyone doing? Well i hope!

Update: Its been a little over 2 weeks since I've had my surgery I'm down 14lbs....
yesterday did a 2 mile hike.... boy walking down the hill was fine...but walking up it about killed me lol, The last 4 days i have not lost any weight....is that normal?! ok enough about me....

Today's Topic: Just a simple topic

What is your favorite exercise, and how much do you exercise during the week??

-i love walking
-i love doing my wii fit(however have not done it since surgery)
I've been slowly working up how long i exercise its been about 20min....
but yesterday i did do the 2 miles

I love my wii fit! I get a great workout doing that, im afraid that after my surgery it will be awhile until I can do the workouts again. 1 week from today I will be having my surgery and Im super stoked about it.. I cant wait till I can lose some weight and enjoy working out again!

I really enjoy water aerobics.  I can't wait until I lose some weight and feel a little  more confident in my skin.  I would love to take a yoga or  Zumba class.

What is Zumba Class??

Zumba is a latin dance/aerobics class.  A friend of mine teaches it at the YMCA.  It is becoming really popular.

I love water walking and then hopefully after surgery being able to swim!  My mom says I should've been a fish because I love the water so much.

Other then that I love weights too!  It's very empowering.

I love LOVE LOOOOOVE to dance! Im always shaking my booty around the house. Turn the music on and shake it until I sweat! It doesnt seem like much of a work out but it really is! I also get on my treadmill daily for 30 to 60 minutes. We bike during the summer and jogh a bit too.
 As of the last couple weeks tho the pain has been really bad so I havent done anything!
 I would like to get a WII and a wii fit! I have used a friends and really enjoyed it! Played with the kids! Was fun!

 I run at least 3 times a week (try for more, just depends on the weather and whats going on),
 I play on our trampoline in the backyard.
 I occasionally do weights
 I work with my horse
 I run after 2 little girls. LOL.
 I swim once in a while

Once the weather is better...
I will work with the horse more.
I will run more (longer days, means I can run when my hubby gets home from work)
I will still be running after 2 little girls
I will probably swim more

I do more hiking in the late spring/summer as well as camping, and hoping to do some rafting/kayaking stuff this summer as well.

Honestly? I love Sex! LOL But that is not always feasible! So walking is fab!

Sex- as often as I can get him to put out! LOL
Walking about 3 times a week.
