Good Morning, Ladys....Mondays Topic
How is everyone today?!?
Hope everyone had an amazing weekend!!!
Today's Topic is Mood
Did you have really bad mood swings before you had your wls?
Now after WLS do you still have them mood swings?
As of now i have tons of crazy mood swings, i am on a depression meds for high anxiety
but sometimes i feel like something so little can change my mood
Anyone else have this same thing? or had this??
Unfortunalty Mood swings are one of our symproms. When I did my research I found that Vitamin B is very helpful for us. I now take High doses of Vitamin B
AM:
B1- 100mg
B2- 100mg
B12 1000mcg
PM
B6 - 100 mg
B12 - 1000mg
B50Complex
I have also found that ginseng helps for mood and energy. The trick with Ginseng though, it has to have a smell to it before it works.
I don't have to take anti-deppressants anymore, which I actually stopped well before my wls.

I have PCOS, progesterone is low, issues with depression and a vitamin D deficiency!
I have mood swings but they are well maintained now that I have added lots of D3 to my antidepressants.
I also had an IUD placed in October so that I would not have a surprise baby during our life change. The progesterone has helped too!
