Up and running

Cathy, I noticed that you had tried to upload the picture. For some reason it has added a hiphen and some numbers into the  URL.  this is what is showing: http://images.obesityhelp.com/uploads/org_profile/631/WLSLog o-1955608229.gif and it should be: http://images.obesityhelp.com/uploads/org_profile/631/WLSLog o.gif

Hi Mike I added you as a Group Helper so maybe you can fix it you now have access. I think it will be easier if you do it Thanks

unfortunatly being a helper does not allow me access to change the logo.

I made you a leader but it may take more than that. Is there anything else I can do?

Hi Mike,It shows you as an andministrator. Maybe your not looking in the right place. Go to MY Groups then Groups I own. I posted on the leader board also to get help. I know you are alseep by now thanks for giving us some of you sleep time.

Cathy, I asked around and only you will be able to upload a picture to the group. I suggest you contact tech help and explain the problem to them. By the way does the place you upload the picture state anything about the file format of the picture. The one I made was a .gif however I can convert it to most any type. This problem is really annoying; most other message board programs allow any admin to make this kind of change..  

I know it won't take a bmp but it will take a jpg  gif  png Did you check the MY groups it should let you. I am a bit frustrated too.  This is new and they are working out the kinks. but others have there logo so we should have ours.
