Thanks for joining our new group...now you have to start USING! LOL  Swap, trade or barter...or whatever, anthing you have weight loss related.  If you have a protein shake you don't like but some else might, offer to ship small baggies around for people to try...or offer the whole thing to try to recoup SOME of your costs.  Have a fancy occaision coming up...ask for an outfit case you dn't want to buy a new one cause you are still losing.  Have some leftover optifast...make an OFFER ad. 

If you need me to help you...just PM me and I will do my best to help...but it doesn't work if we don't use it!
