Welcome!  Here is a place for us to SWAP, TRADE, or DONATE anything we no longer need related to our weight loss.  OH has requested we not SELL any items here, so all listings here must be with no exchange of cash.  All trades will be private, this is just a place to list.  When responding to an ad, please PM the other person privately.  This is also the place to LOOK for thing you may NEED.  I am not responsible for any transactions that don't follow through.  Just thought this would be a good place to go and I will post the link daily on the Ontario forum.  Thanks and Happy Transactions! 
Protocol:
When listing an item you want to offer, please put "OFFER:" in capital letters in the title.  Then specify the item, and whether it is to Trade , or Donate.  You can also break down items, such as protein powders, into smaller portions to offer samples of products you didn't like but they might.  
If you are looking for something in specific, please put "LOOKING FOR:" in the title in capital letters and then list the things you need. 
Questions about  items can be posted on the blog, but please Private message the person to finalize transactions.
No abuse will be tolerated and will be deleted.
