Tonights work out

OK Ive decided not to go to boxing.  Im going straight to Brigham, then we are going to water areobics at 6:45.  Bring your swim suit and a towel! Its $3.00  for the water areobics class and I promise you will love it! (if you like the water that is!)

I know I know its masters week, SO WHAT, we are still gonna work out at least 4 times this week, then we will work a plan for the weekend!!

We want results?!?  Then we have to make them happen!!!!!!!

Lets MOVE TO LOSE THIS WEEK!!!!

Does anyone have  a specific goal they are working towards this week?  (Other than staying away from the Easter candy?? ) LOL   Post it, then llets look back next week and see how we did!

I have got to get my butt back to the gym and it will happen first thing in the morning.  I am switching to interval training to try to get myself up to jogging 3miles.  I know it will be tough but I can do it.  I also have to start back on my weights to tone up more.  I was doing good untill the trip to LA and coming home to bouts of flu.  but it is back on track this week.   Water aerobics sound fun too but until my moms pool warms up I will only do the gym

I love water aerobics too!  I spent about 4 hours at the waterpark today and climbed 4 flights of stairs with my 7 year old too many times!  I have water aerobics on Tuesday and Thursday for an hour each day.  I'm going to try to get a nice long walk in on Wednesday because its suposed to warm up.  Not sure what the weekend has in store for me!
