My plan for the week

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
1 1/4 hours of walking/weight lifting
1 hour of water areobics
15 minutes of tanning-my non food reward for working out!!

Friday--------not sure probably some walking, im off work so who knows what will happen!!!--I am SURE TIna will think of something for us to do!
Saturday--not sure-busy with ministry and a family/friends cook out
Sunday---probably taking the day off-Easter plans with the family
