Sleevers Excercise
Whats your workout ???
Get it in, even if it's 5 minutes of excercise on a daily basis. I just dread getting up at first but when i do my 30 minutes on the treadmill , i fel like a million bucks afterwards knowing that the benefits will pay off with results. Getting motivated is the biggest part of my day, i have to start off with first my coffee to get me going then im pumped ! Decaf of course but it still does the trick for me.
I'm doing 4 days a week to start off with high intense cardio , working on legs , arms, and mid section. Even though i ant do the lower body workouts yet because of a recent hernia repair surgery , i read that walkingis the best excercise for losing belly fat. Love to hear from you about whats your workout plan.
Ok, this past weekend i've been eating bad things not to mention drinking ciroc and cranberry , we went out saturday night and i had 4 of them at the club. :( Not a good choice becasue i know alcohol is high incalories and thats not it, fried fish, pizza i had a half of slice. What was i thinking..... that would explain the 3 pounds im up on the scale ughhhh! I know today is new day and this week will be different for sure, getting back on track. Sometimes i have to remind myself that is only been 5 in a half months since surgery and my tummy is still new to this. OK im saying it , I ate Crap all last week but not again ! Reflecting on where i've been is a huge accomplishment for me and i never want to be there again.
This morning i slept in again, NO EXCERCISE Ughhhhh, this is sooo irritating . Im pushing on and taking each day one at a time til i get my butt up and excercise. Now is the time for me to take control and be more accountable for what im doing. Tomorrow is a new day and things will be better. :) Keeping my head up
