ObesityHelp Event in Seattle Area

Hello Seattle area, and welcome from the Events Department!  I'm  the Event Coordinator and have been planning OH events for the past two years.  This is among the top seven on my list of good things I've done in my life! The top six are my marriage and my five children, so that gives you an idea how I feel about events!

Please let us know if you're new to our OH events. I'd be happy to answer any questions that you may have about our format.  One thing I'd like you to know is, BRING A SWEATER!  Everyone is different, but these hotels like to keep it cool.  We haven't had one event at which someone wasn't cold! 

We'd like to hear about fun things to do in and around Seattle, too!
