New GOAL set @ 146 pounds!!!! Reached second goal, now at 144, it's all a number game now!!!
The beauty of a woman is not seen through what she wears. It is seen through how she carries herself and the way she doesn’t allow herself to settle. Don’t ever let anyone take for granted the beauty that is within you. Stand firm and know that you’re a wonderful person. Always remember your value and respect yourself. I’m so blessed to have you in my life. Sometimes we all need to be reminded how special we really are!
It will be good to see you in Cincinnati...we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in Chicago last year, and sure made some nice friends. Very special. You all made us feel welcome.
If you have ideas of topics you'd like to see covered, let me know...I want to make sure we offer the best, most pertinent info that we can.

I'm glad to hear that Washington is among the top choices for next year, even if it's Oregon, that's closer
. I am getting my lapband in a couple months at the UW, and am very excited! I would love to see a conference happen to meet others that have been through the same thing and the informational meetings involved.Thank you

At this time, the event schedule is as posted, with Southern CA, Cincinnati and Houston as the 2010 events.
Washington is among the top choices for 2011 however, so keep watching!

Hi from OH events!
It's that time again for us to start getting excited about the upcoming events! We're very happy to be having an event in Southern CA at the Costa Mesa Hilton Hotel near South Coast Plaza. We have a beautiful Friday evening outdoor reception planned, and are looking forward to it. May should be a great time to have our meet and greet outside near a fountain. Dr. Siamak Agha, a renowned local plastic surgeon will be joining us so you can meet him and perhaps set up an appointment for the following day. He's going to be doing private consultations at no charge on Saturday.
In August, we travel to Cincinnati, and the Westin downtown is a fantastic location! We're surrounded by fun at this hotel. Please join us for new information from the very popular and knowledgeable speakers we had the pleasure of hearing last year on main stage. Also, we have approximately twelve other speakers joining us in breakout sessions.
Finally, we fly to Houston to join Dr. Garth Davis, Mary Jo Rapini, Dr. Connie Stapleton and Chef Dave for our last event of the season. Additionally, we will have three breakout rooms with a great variety of information offered. Remember the great location we had in Dallas last year near the Galleria? Guess what....the Hilton Houston Post Oak is another Galleria location!!
Don't forget the Saturday evening party at each event, with the Member Fashion Show! STRUT YOUR STUFF and show off after all the had work you've done! Yay for You!
OH FASHION SHOW INFO
The OH Fashion Shows are open to anyone who wants to participate. After having surgery and working so hard to stay on track, you deserve to show off a bit! We ask that you send in high resolution "before? photos and a very short bio of yourself to [email protected] and I will forward to the coordinator who is representing the event you are attending. OH will put them all together to be shown on a large screen while you strut your stuff on the catwalk to music! This starts at 8 pm on Saturday evening during each event, and we ask that you provide the outfit that you would like to be photographed in! To keep with our schedule, you may be asked to join the other models by 7:45 that evening to coordinate the lineup.
Upon submitting your photo, you are giving ObesityHelp your permission to use your likeness on our website or in our magazine.
