Topic: has been forever since I posted
since my last post, I've had surgery on 10-4-10 and have recovered well. I'm three months out. I've lost a total of 72#...32 since surgery ;-)
The big toodaa going on these day has to do with my new Facebook group called :
"no judgment - true confessions" for pre and postop WLS
I introduced it on OH's RNY and MAIN Forums 5 days ago, the group is now 200 + strong
There was dissension within the OH troops

Topic: meeting my surgeon
I'm meeting with my surgeon on Sept 13th. That's when I'll get my official surgery date! I'm so excited! It's becoming more real everyday! I did get the letter from my insurance on approval and a tentative surgery date of Oct 27th. So, I know it will be in Oct!!! I'm scared too, yet calm. The emotions/feeling are incredible from day to day. But I know that Fear and Faith cannot occupy the same space. That's my favorite saying now!! I want to ask everyone to pray for me..I can use all I can get ;-) Thanx for everybodies support!

I HAVE DECIDED TO GO WITH ATKINS, INSTEAD OF SURGERY, IT HAS WORKED FOR ME IN THE PAST.
I WANT TO CONTINUE THE GROUP SUPPORT PAGE, I TWEEKED THE WELCOME TO INCLUDE NON-SURGICAL BUDDIES TOO WE ALL NEED BUDS TO HELP US ALONG OUR WAY.

I HAVE JUST REGISTERED FOR SEMINAR MARCH 20TH TO GET ON THE PATH TO WEIGHT LOSS! I AM WANTING TO TALK WITH DR. GELLER AS HE TAKES OUTPTS.
I KNOW I WILL NEED ALL THE BUDDIES I CAN GET THRU THIS PROCESS.
