has been forever since I posted

since my last post, I've had surgery on 10-4-10 and have recovered well.  I'm three months out.  I've lost a total of 72#...32 since surgery ;-)
The big toodaa going on these day has to do with my new Facebook group called :
"no judgment - true confessions" for pre and postop WLS
I introduced it on OH's RNY and MAIN Forums 5 days ago, the group is now 200 + strong
There was dissension within the OH troops
