Over here, most of us will be doing one of the following:-

Getting sandbags ready to repel water
Mopping up from the last flood
Checking insurance details
Buying extra wellington boots
Putting waist high waders on to go shopping
Looking at at cosmetic surgery sites to see how much it costs to get webbed feet
Sitting in front of the TV watching Wimbledon finals
Applying to emigrate to a dry country.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Topic: What are you doing for the weekend

Well the weather here has be brutal. Very Hot. Taking my daughter to a birthday party and shopping for sleep wear for the hospital lots of house cleaning (kids been home on summer break so lots to do) And they are driving me crazy ...lol. BBQ tonight and picked up some asparagus from the fruit market. Tomorrow we shall take the kids to the wadding pool at the park ....that's about it. I hope everyone is well .....Jenn

I have sent her a friend request ...no response yet but everyone is busy .... I can wait and both of you are pretty far out (from surgery) and I'm sure all of you contribute in your own way a lot of the rules apply and we are all striving for the same thing ....to be healthier and more comfortable in our own bodies. So I am active on my home board but I'd still like to be a member of yours. I think that since you all do with out the sugar free stuff and you guys tend to eat a more natural diet is the route I am headed in as I have an allergy to aspartame an it tends to be in everything here form drinks to gum. Just different perspectives is all. Have a good one Paul

I've been married for 23 years this year, one boy of 14. Neither Kate nor I have had an rny. You could try to get in touch with Binty, but she hasn't posted for a while. We can all give good general advice. If your board is pretty active that might be more useful for you than this quiet board...
