That;s the trouble with the UK. Last week i was out in the garden all day, enthusing about the glorious English spring! I even got a tan!

Yesterday, I put the heating back on!! Today looks just like yesterday!

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

I had the opportunity to visit the UK in 1993--London, Cambridge, Bath, Stonehenge.  Far too many cool things to see in only three weeks;  one of these days I'll be back, and I'll look you ladies up.  We'll see if we can't pillage and plunder a little bit!

Yes, I see this site has ALL the sugar free syrups. Especially the caramel sauce. I am FOR sure going to order that. I like to make a "skinny decaf latte with sugar free caramel sauce". Delicious!

Thanks again,

Ha!! Guess what!? They have my protein pudding I love!! I am SO gonna order from here. It's about 5.00 less than at the Ebay store! YAY!

I really feel like I scored this weekend with both these new (new to me!) sites.

I am going to scour both of them and make out an order. Yes, it can be expensive-but at the same time..I certainly used to spend more on SNACKS of a VERY unhealthy quality! :)

Thanks !

Hey Kate!!

Thanks anyway. It looks like both sites are really great and helpful.

I hope the new folks will come and join us soon! I will be looking for their requests to join and accept them as soon as I see them come through!!

Hugs,
