HIJACK--Binty, you're looking absolutely beautiful.  Has anyone not recognized you yet??!

By the way, your little guys are just so cute!

Wow!  What a difference, though still the same lovely smile!

I used to have red velvet crushed Loons, and still bear the mental scars.

Women with memories.....dangerous creatures!!!

This last 7 pound loss just came out of the blue..  I will post some photos next weekend, I think you promised some about now?  Great weight loss, you're over a third there!  Once I reach my first target of 15 stone I may very well set a lower target, all depends on the diabetes and how well the weight is still coming off.  I don't want to end up with an apron or looking stick thin, which I would do somewhere about 13 stone.

Another 7 pounds and I will be back into my 21 year old wedding suit (nearly typed 'wedding dress', oops).  Now where are my old flares....

Cool!  Same for when you get to the good ol' US of A;  but Santa Cruz is a great place to relax.  Redwoods, surf, and weather, all perfection!

He he--I am a lurker with full permission from Ms Redd, I promise!

I believe if Santa Cruz were to be transplanted to the UK, it would wind up in Blackpool.  We have much the same stuff that is there, from what I understand, with the exception of a casino.

Google Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and just see what we have tio offer!

Good luck with your biking.

My sister lives in London, so yes, I visit. Hopefully a bit more so now that my youngest is 4. I'm always up for a get together, these discussion boards a great support, but nothing is like a good old chat.

Hell yes, anytime you're back for a visit, gimme a shout - I'm always up for a little sightseeing, in fact, I don't do nearly enough for my liking.

Topic: RE: SOOOO Looking forward to summer.
This morn I saw a glimpse of sun and thought it was gonna be glorious like yesterday was here. I put on a summer dress, scared the sun away and felt pretty foolish, not to mention cold, so I came home to find jeans and cardi. Still, I have high hopes for the week ahead.
