When I look at myself in a mirror I don't 'see' a lot of dirrerence. I have to study a 'before' and 'now' photo. At the moment my brain seems to be resisting the changes. However I'm feeling great, walked 5 miles in one go a few days ago and still doing my 2x1 mile a day walks, impossible before the op. It's now so easy to stand up from a chair, and I have so much energy!
My lad (12) is looking forward to pushing me around. I've told him that I'll just have to get my revenge in now.... Janice has already lost a bit of weight, doesn't want me to be lighter than her if I get to target and decide to lose more weight.
Lowered my insulin dose again today. HOORAY!!!

I hope for a nice but mellow Summer! I am not too great with the serious heat. I like a nice mellow/slightly cool breeze and occasional clouds. LOL!-Do you like how I just made a specific order on our weather? I am dreaming again!!

That is one heck of a record there!!! Do you even recognize yourself these days? I know I still have trouble once in awhile when walking past a window or mirror!
Have you tried to do funny things like-make MORE room than you need in a chair? LOL!

Thank you so much. I always knew when I put on even just a little weight because it shows in my face first, but this is also where I lose it first. Lots and lots of people have noticed, what with that and the sun shining, I'm a very happy bunny right now.
