I've gone through a wardrobe shake-up too. There is no better feeling than throwing big clothes away, gives a real buzz. I've got all my old clothes out the loft, but realised the reason they were in good enough condition to put away in the first place, was because they weren't worn much due to ill fitting or looking ridiculous first time round!!
Can't wait to see your full length shots, with your new slim trim waistline
BTW how did your marvellous weekly diet plan go.

You and your fancy plumbing, always beating me!!  lol.  Pretty soon I'll have to start buying clothes.  Now into stuff I haven't worn for 20 years (the ra-ra skirt doesn't suit me anymore, though).  I'm glad I kept the clothes to wear again, but once something is too big it goes to the charity shop.  I expect at least 2 weeks notice of any exam so I can leave the country!!  Trying to put full length picture on 'my oh' later today.  You're doing great!

Thanks!  I make my own wine and champagne, but don't drink it anymore.  DW sees to the consumption, I just take advantage!!  lol.

Well folks I did well, not 100% but I'm marking it up as a victory. On Monday I had 3 mouthfuls of crumble topping, but other than that not a single thing passed my lips that wasn't my dinner. I'm really pleased with myself, and I think it'll be goal again for this week. As the week drew on it became easier so I'll see if I can't start to break this habit longer term.
