WELL DONE!!!!!
I lost my excess weight before my birthday shop - and my amazing birthday fortnight (!!) and then had Xmas and found myself back up to 11st 6lbs!! Ouch! But on way down again now!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

I'm here and alive - infact having a good day, as today marks the loss of my party season weight. It was a good insight into the fact I can still quite easily put on weight, but also that it's well within my power to lose it again. Another 5lbs will put me in the "11's" - bring it on. How are all you guys doing. Xxx
