 Cycling always hurts at first

My coxyx hurts in a noral office chair, but on a bike, It's ok as my body had adapted.

As for the smile, well I was trying to look like I did a while back, so the pictures were compairable

Congratulations!  I've tried bike riding, but with the weight I've lost, my coxyx hurts too much.  When I buy my next motorcycle I'll have a gel seat.  Might try one of those reclining cycles if I could hire one to try it out...  SMILE - you deserve to!!

 A lot of people say, riding your bike isnt the best form of weight loss, it wont help your uper body, its true I have a lot of skin, but losing 350+ Pounds, that was ALWAYS gonna happen.
