Topic: SO excited!!!!
Hello everyone!
Just thought I'd pop by quickly and see how everyone is as I have been MIA for a week or more! I've been so hectic with all my plans for the wedding, but it is only 10 WEEKS AWAY!!! I'm so excited can't wait for the day now!!
I've been so worried recently, my weight loss had been so slow and erratic, with mini-stalls here there and everywhere, but I managed to lose 3lb this week so all is not lost!! I'm still about 38lbs from my goal, and I don't think it's achieveable in the 10 weeks left til my wedding and one year surgiversary (which are on the same day!), however if I can get as close to it as possible I will be overjoyed! I beat myself up sometimes, and tell myself I haven't tried hard enough etc.... but then I remember hat I've actually lost 150lbs in just under 10 months, and never in a million years would I have achieved that before!!![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/dancing.gif)
So I'm staying positive on all fronts, I have the wedding and a new healthier and happier life to look forward to with Steve!! All I pray for now is that the swine flu outbreak in Mexico improves or the travel agents let us change our honeymoon destination. We should know closer to the time!
Take care everyone!

Try Boots own brand multi-vit effervescent. They go flat very quickly in a half glass of water and taste OK. I make a ****tail of one multi-vit, one calcium and one Jointace (chondriotin and glucosamine) every morning. All Boots own and always buy two, get third free!
I don't know what RNY requirements are but they meet bandsters needs. Kate

Yay!! I agree - there is no way you could end the week so close to 100 miles and not do them LOL.
You've come so far in such a short space of time - it takes while for our heads and emotions to catch up with our bodies doesn't it.
The pictures say it all - congratulations

I stood in front of the mirror tonight and cryed my eyes out, Why ? because the person looking back at me was well ermmm ME !!!!!! I never ever thought that after just 10 months of riding my bike to work and back home I would have come so far, Its not a fight anymore, its pleasure, its fun, I get exited and want MORE each and every time, I had done 99.9 miles when I got home, So I turned around and went up the road and back, there was no WAY I would end the week so close to 100 miles and FAIL, I did 100.77 Miles this week :)
I am proud of what I have achieved but I must also remeber where I came from and must never ever go back, Keep fighting people and see the below pictures for the reason what inspired me to post this message tonight !!!!!

Sorry, we are sadly lacking in the chewable vits department over this side of the pond! I take two multi vitamins, which aren't too big to swallow.
Topic: Vitamins?! Argh!!
Hi all!
I hope all is going well. I am writing this thread about Vitamins. So-what is my problem? I cannot find ANY suitable chewable vitamins here! I was taking Centrum chewable-which do not appear to be sold in the UK (there may very well be a reason-but I don't know what it is yet).
So-I need to get some new multis. I CAN take a tablet-just not a HUGE one. Do any of you take vitamins you find easy to swallow and fills all of our strict requirements? If you haven't read it yet-I highly recommend you read Andrea's vitamin rant usually located on the Main Board. It's WORTH it!!
Also-what is your favorite UK brand Calcium suppliment??
Thanks gang!!
Peace,
T
