Bravo to you!
Your post has given me some motivation to stop using the cross trainer as a clothes rack and get some proper use out of it!

Topic: Protein bars great but OMG wind problems
Hello everyone
Although my surgeon did not suggest any protein supplements wre necessary (just loads of vitamins, etc), I jumped on the bandwagon and bought some Maximuscle Protein Bars. (Seems everyone from the U.S. has been instructed to supplement).
They are pretty tasty and filling - except had major issues with wind every time I've had one. Wondering if it's just the brand I've chosen. Anyone else have experience with this?

Topic: Ok girls!! Help a UK newbie find jeans for a WOMANLY figure-please!!??
Oh wonderful and beautiful ladies of the UK OH board-I beg of you..I NEED HELP! LOL!
I must admit that since I have moved to the UK (Since last January!)-I've not been clothing shopping. Well-the last couple of weeks I decided to start looking around.
I would like to find some nice jeans. My problem? Um-SO many of the jeans are in that narrow legged low rise style! LOL! Now-first of all..I have ALWAYS had a rather..um..generous backside and hips. I also have a very small waist. This makes those types of jeans look CRAZY on me-and that is if I can get them pulled up past the excess skin right above my KNEES!! LOL!
I need to know where you ladies shop and what size I should be looking for. I know it will be a larger size than I wear in US sizes (which is an 8-10).
So-can you help a girl out? Where do you purchase your clothing and jeans?? Do you know where I can find a higher rise these days?>? LOL!
Thanks VERY much in advace!!
Peace,
T

Harley - the beautiful po-zer
Giz - the calm and loving - although with a permanent look of constipation
Menice - the adorable pain in the ass!
These three love each other (well tolerate)
Sophie - the fostered one- I've had her 8 weeks, and she leaves tomorrow :(

My personal trainer is possibly the best thing I have done for my self appart from the band... She's hot on nutrition and the band diet fits so well with a gym freeaks diet... it's good to speak to some one who understands what I am trying th achieve (I mean in real life, cause every one here knows it too :D)
I did arms until I am now at home and hardly able to move them... I am looking forward to belting on!! :D
I had started today feeling quite glum - I am so much happier now :D
