Will almost certainly have to reduce my diabetic medication even further as I'm waking up in a sweat in the early morning.  And another 2 pounds lost.  12pounds to go to 100 pounds lost, and my own target for weight loss - YAY!!!

Lovely to hear from you, Binty, and only those few pounds to go for you!  Are you still exercising like a Dervish?  LOL.

I've got about 20lb to go, but because I'm kinda happy where I am it's proving very hard for me. I've gone back to a lot of my old eating habits, but the exercise is keeping my weight effortlessly stable, which in turn makes it harder to stop those habits . Today is the start of a new effort though, and I'm feeling relatively determined to break some bad habits!!!

...and yes, still excercising lots - I teach 1 zumba class a week, attend a further 2, and have to fit in lots of practise too. I'm also still running, usually only a couple of times a week (can't fit much more in my schedule!!!), but at the moment I'm cramming a bit more in cos I'm doing the London 10k in 2 weeks - it never ceases to amaze me how much my life has changed in 18 months.
