Suddenly realised today that over 1/4 of me is gone!  This was a very special feeling....  308 pounds preop, lost 78 in eight months, should be off insulin before Xmas.  Would like to lose somewhere in the region of another 30 pounds.  Life is very good.

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Boooo! That is fantastic news - way to go Sir Paul. (How're you liking the new nickname) How's the eating going now, cos for a little while your sleeve was misbehaving a bit.

Hi there - why Sir Paul?  Mind you, it does suit my ego!!  I can still have problems, one mouthful too much and it all comes back.  LOL.  I'm eating 5/6 small meals a day consisting of protein bars, meat (not chicken or turkey), cheese, yogurt with linseed and museli bars.  Very occasionally I feel a hunger pang which is easily satisfied with a cup of tea.

How's the exercising going?  I've bought a treadmill which my lad loves but I find a real pain to use.  I'll just have to knuckle down and use it.

We both seem to have around 30 pounds to lose - how are you getting on with the 'new' you?  I still take photos about once a month and compare them or I would find it hard to feel the difference.  Mind you, I'm down from a 56 inch waist to 42 inches.  I've no smaller clothes stored so I'll just have to buy new!
