So glad to hear you're doing so well. The fun thing is that you're so busy enjoying life!!!
I was hoping to walk a 10K here in Santa Cruz called the Wharf to Wharf; it's a course that starts at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and goes through town to the next little town called Capitola, which also has a boardwalk. It's a party for about 15,000 of your closest friends, with music all along the course, and a wonderful bag of prizes at the end, along with a T-shirt that you only get if you complete the entire race!! Sadly, my knees didn't allow me to train this year, so I had to leave my T-shirt in the bag.
By the time you get to the long race, you'll be the leader!!
Best wishes,

hey you - how ya doin'. Entering races like that must be such a buzz - what a great thing to work towards. You may need to find a better tshirt to wear tho - bleeeuuuuch Ooooh, sorry to hear about your accident - sounds like something that would put most people off ....... but then I guess you aren't most people huh lol!
I'm kinda settling into normal these days - weight loss has slowed a little but is still coming off really well. I'm finding I come on oh less and less as my life becomes more normal, but I don't want to lose sight of things so I'm gonna make more of an effort to keep coming on. I'm running my first 5k next month, but fitting in runs in the summer holidays has become more of a chore than a pleasure, I just hope I can start enjoying it more when the kids go back to school - until then I'm blindly following a plan.

Yeah its gonna slow, the main thing is to ensure that it keeps coming off, regardless of the speed, I should take my own advice, I lost 3lbs this week and was SOOOO angry at myself, but I guess thats just how it is when you are used to seeing between 5 and 9lbs , good luck Bnty, im talking too much again :D
