 Quick note. The almond flour is used to substitute only a portion of the other types of flours used. You may already have this site, but I think Linda has some grerat recipes that use almond flour. You'll have to convert the USA and UK measurements.

Thanks! Noted and saved! I am not a low carb follower and imagine the cals are no different to ordinary flour but I love the idea of doing this!  Especially tehe pizza ideas. And, of course, extra protein and nut oils!

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
