HOW ON EARTH DID YOU DO THAT???  Have you had to prove medical necessity and how did you do that! I would LOVE to get my big tummy flap taken off! I have so much loose skin now.

Kate

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

They agreed to a removal of the skin apron from my belly and my public region, and they MAY also agree to my thighs.

I am getting sores on my belly and having toilet issues due to the skin on my pubic area, because of these issues I was funded. You need a good GP and Surgon but the NHS will do it if you are in the same boat.

Congrats-that is really some great news!

And yes-I have issues on my tummy and belly button area too! I have been keeping pictures. Yucky-I know-but thought MAYBE they might be useful!

When is your surgery??

Peace,
T
