My personal trainer is possibly the best thing I have done for my self appart from the band...  She's hot on nutrition and the band diet fits so well with a gym freeaks diet...  it's good to speak to some one who understands what I am trying th achieve (I mean in real life, cause every one here knows it too :D)

I did arms until I am now at home and hardly able to move them...  I am looking forward to belting on!! :D

I had started today feeling quite glum - I am so much happier now :D

Turning 30 and I've decided to grab life by the short and curlys!!

Bravo to you! 

Your post has given me some motivation to stop using the cross trainer as a clothes rack and get some proper use out of it!

My muscles are all sore, she's worked me hard, but I can totally feel the difference after just two sessions....  Exercise is so good for so many things... health, fat burning and general happiness...  I think this is possibly the best thing I've ever done for my self...  including the surgery..

I feel quite faint! How very excellent of you! I will exercise one day!  Good for you! Kate

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
