Fitness Trainer on Monday

I've made an appointment with a fitness Trainer for Monday - that's less than 48 hours till i commit to working these buns....

I am scared to - I HATE sweating...  I HATE being out of breath....  I HATE my heart racing....

But if id exercise I will get fit... if i get fit I will do none of these things when I am out in public, just walking about the street or walking up flights of stairs to get to my friends flats...  Therefore I'll be more inclinded to do these things and therefore get a LIFE!

Also the whole point of this is to extend my natural life (hopefully)...  Exercise is key to a healthy heart....

Any way in short I am scared, but I am going to do it any way....  That philosopy has got me to quit smoking, get WLS and laser eye surgery - life is looking rosier already... :D

Turning 30 and I've decided to grab life by the short and curlys!!

 Ace - I got a lot of really useful info about nutrition!  I am raring to go on my first training session on Tuesday :D

Good luck! Be better than me! I tried and it lasted two sessions! I just got bored! I really do not like exercise. Yes, I KNOW I should do it!! But I don't.

Well, I walk a lot and as DH is 6ft 6ins and has a stride to match, I walk fast. But gyms just don't do it for me.

But just by being slim, I am so much fitter. In Spain last week, I ran up a hill! DIdn't even think of it but when I came down, someone from the hotel said "My God, you're fit!".

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

 Everyone has to do their own thing - You've reached goal, and do plenty of activity by the sounds of things... :D

I'm just starting out, I'm not keen on the Gym - but I have fantasies about becoming strong, and being able to run...
