The US board members all talk about these and when i looked them up online, they do seem good - very all-inclusive vits and minerals. Anyone come across a UK equivalent?
Because of my band i have to take chewable or effervesent things. I get Boots own brand and that is fine but involves several tabs! The BA ones seem to do it all!

Hi Kate!
Ugh-I know. I am concerned about what to take for my next set of vits. I brought enough Centrum Adult to last a few months and next month I will need to purchase new. I also need to look at Calcium with D.
Maybe we need to do some serious web surfing for UK only companies-so the shipping won't kill us!
Talk soon,

You can buy Forceval over the counter in the UK. It seems to be widely recommended by UK bariatric surgeons. It is, according to my pharmacist, the most comprehensive multi vit available in the UK. It's a largish capsule that's surprising easy to swallow even early post -op RNY. It dissolves in the pouch.
