I'm posting a before picture, and a current picture- I am nearly 9 months out and have lost about 140lbs! I still would like to lose another 50ish lbs, but am taking it one day at a time! I hope my overall success will be as amazing as yours!!

As you can see I'm a bit of a karaoke queen lol!!! These photos were taken between the 14th and 20th March, haven't got any more recent ones yet!!

i never let anyone take a photo of me but this is a poor quality scan of my old work ID badge! Compare with my avatar!
Kate Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
