Where do you buy your WLS Suppliments and Foods?
Hi all!
Ruby-a new member brought up a GREAT topic!! Where can we find the products we need? We have all probably clicked on the links on this site (and others)-only to find out that we cannot obtain OR afford the shipping!!
Have any of you had any luck or success with European sites?? PLEASE SHARE!
I endevour to research and see what I can also add to this list!
Thanks
Therese

There are a few products I have seen mentioned that looked interesting and I would like to try.
Sugar free tanina (sp?) syrups. These can be added to coffee, protein drinks, tea etc
Also the powdered peanut butter looked like a great way to make a tasty protein drink plus add protein in the process. So far I think I may be able to get it, but only from the US which will mean a major cost.
I would also love to find nutritional yeast that could be delivered from some country in the EU (sooooo expensive to pay for stuff delivered from outside EU). This can be added to silken tofu to make a "cheese sauce" so it would be fantastic to do over veggies. It would be tasty plus full of protein and b vitamins.
I have to go check out the health food stores here and see what they offer for protien powders and I do my nutritional appt on april 23rd so hopefully they can point me to the options....but many times many options are not available here at all.
As a vegatarian, I am thinking protein shakes are going to be in my life daily always (which is ok, but having some variety and options would make it better which is why the syrups sounded interesting).
