Hi Kierstyn! My name is Tonya and I had gastric bypass on June 21st. I have just returned to work and am starting to try and balance work with my new life style. I feel like I have done great so far but struggle to get the adequate amount of liquids and protein on a daily balance. I hope others can share their success stories with maintaining the fluids and proteins.
