Hi Everyone,
Everyone is invited to attend the next physical meeting of the Macon WLS group on Monday, March 10, 2008 at
Cornerstone Baptist Church from 7 pm until 8:30 PM. I have some samples to offer, some copies of the OH magazine to offer, and a good time to be had by all who attend. I will be doing a mini protein tasting again, and offering some tips on getting physical and getting in more exercise now that the weather is better and many folks are now feeling better.
