Happy MLK Day!!!!!!!!!!!!

What did you do today? Did you drink your quota of water, get your quota of protein in, and stay on track? Did you get up and move today.. get moving, grooving, to stay in shape, both mentally and physically?   This is to encourage you guys, to stay on track, and to stay successful... drink water, get in your 90 gms or more of protein depending on your surgery, for me , personally , I am to aim for 150 gm protein via protein shakes, and boy,am I having a hard time. I am moving better, getting in some form of movement daily and planned 3 x a week.. mostly walking more than a mile during that time. Take care.. I want to hear back from you..
