How many protein grams do you get in a day? What is your typical day look like for food? Which vitamins do you take each day and why? What else should I know that I haven't asked?! Thanks!!!

First - I love your new pic. Val on the DS board suggest starting your day off with protein and that helps keep the carb cravings at bay.  (obviously gets a jump to the protein too). I typically start my day off with protein - cottage cheese with a blop of no sugar added applesauce.  Cottage cheese pancakes w/ sugar free syrup have been my breakfasts lately. I usually have a protein based snack (string cheese, soy chips, nut granola bar there's one that is low carb and 7g protein).  Sometimes I'll pop in the not so great snack like the m&ms I'm currently sucking on. Lunch and dinner vary.  Protein based and then veggies. I get 80 - 100gs protein per day.  I enjoy the Champion Banana Scream protein shakes.  Two scoops with 8 oz of milk is over 50g protein right there.  If I'm busy that's what I'll have for a meal. I take the Bariatric Eating's Multi Vitamin for DS with extra ADEKs 3x a day.  Three 200mg/tablet calcium 2x day and then a dry D and dry A 3x a week.  Always take vits with food to aid in absorbtion. The DS board has a food log message everyday.  It's posted by Lori B.  That gives you a good idea of what people eat. I would say to always have good food on hand.  I'm a sweet tooth so I have Dove SF chocolates in my pantry on any given day.  I also like the low carb ice cream treats that are out there.  They really help me when I'm in need of a sweet fix.  I've got some other suggestions if you ever need them.
