being ignored by surgery center and pcm
I cant handle this anymore..i am on the verge of giving up. i get told take care of ur iron on my first visit to the surgery center and they put me on iron. I start taking it.I go to my pcm they say ur iron is not that low they say but tell me to keep takin it. I take it since january still taking it. I go back to turn my paperwork in to the surgery center and they say ur iron is low even though NO ONE has given me blood work since january! WTF!!!!!!!! I do what they ask and go back to my pcm and tell them about my iron AGAIN! tell me to keep takin the iron..and double it to twice a day even though they still havent checked my blood since!!!!!!! wtf am i supposed to do?! im gettin passed back and forth what am i to do? no one will listen to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am gonna give up if no one does anything tomorrow im going to the surgery center and the pcm and if someone doesnt do anything im takin all my charts to a civilain and pay out of pocket those ****** idiots
keep your head up. there will always be someone closing a door but you will find an open window. next time you see them you have to just be forward and say "hey we need to take about my care, I have rights as a patient and you are not serving me right" you could always call tricare and let them know that the care in the center is bad.
