I am sort of with you there.  i saw the NUT yesterday and as I have honestly been writing a food diary she went nuts.  Well it was easter and I got an egg and have been having a bit of  chocolate each evening. so now I will not record it...
Also had a bit of icecream after walks with dear husband. (He suggests it and I am powerless to refuse0  (that is why I got fat in the first place)
have started eating salad today.  Had a bit of cucumber and tomato.  I am also happy with my weight loss as people are really starting to notice now and I am having some really great comments.  The incredible shrinking woman my old colleagues call me...Feeling great and glad I had this done to me.

Doing well over here also.  Haven't been by here lately, but do check out the forums on a nightly basis.  I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one dealing with the stalls.  The good thing though is that once the stall is over, I drop 2-3 pounds right away.  As of this morning, I"m down 59 lbs since I started this journey.  My first mini goal is to be down to 250lbs by my 3-month follow up appointment.  I start going to the gym tomorrow, and upping both my protein and water should help kick this into overdrive.

Continued success to everyone!

Doing really well here...yesterday was 5 weeks, and I've lost 28.4 pounds. I had a major stall for about two weeks, but last week broke it, and I've lost a little bit every day since. As much as I loved water pre-surgery, I guess until I started tracking it, I was not getting anywhere near enough. That and a dose of stool softener every other night seems to be doing the trick.

I'm exercising pretty much daily--whether it's walking at the gym, doing a fast paced Wii workout, or gardening. I lift small hand weights each night too, to try and tone my arms. Each day I feel like I can eat a little more, and I'm closer to my surgeon's daily recommended intake now. I'm tracking everything on Spark People, which I love.

All in all, I'm pretty happy!

We are all doing so well.  I have been sick a few times since I started on solids.  Usually my own fault by either eating too much or too quickly or the wrong stuff. Weight loss has increased a little since I started to eat a bit more protein

Hi there...I'm still hanging around here but I have to go back to work next week, so will be here mostly in the evenings.  I stalled for a few days, but started losing again.  My total loss is about 32 pounds.  I still drink 2 shakes per day, to assure I get all my protein down, but am eating 3 small meals per day...just can't have salad or raw veggies yet.

Sounds like you are doing well, too!  Take care, sweetie,  Viv
