I love my ticker and am really enjoying seeing him moving down that slide. geting towards the middle now.  can't believe how quickly it is moving quite inspirational really.
For once in my long fat life I can see my self being slim. I cannot say that I have ever thought that before.

Sooz is right.  I've found that when I eat more, I lose more.  It's hard to wrap my brain around that though, after all those years of dieting.  I'm really trying to up my daily caloric intake by adding some healthy snacks like cheese and yogurt.  I've also increased my water/fluid intake.  I'm getting around 80oz instead of the usual 64oz.  That seems to have done the trick in getting that funky scale to move.

Are you eating enough. I know it sounds funny but when I started eating a little bit more the weight started to move quicker.
Don't worry about the scales, look at your clothes and how you feel about yourself .   The scales may have slowed down but they haven't stopped so keep on the great work that you are doing.

Topic: RE: How do you count?
Hey Kim, I'm right there with ya.  I can pretty much eat anything, chicken, fish, beef, shrimp, lobster, and not have any issues. I have really good restriction, and have learned to stop eating when I'm satisfied, and not "full".  I try to stay away from carbs, and find that I don't miss them at all.  I do find myself getting disappointed when I'm eating something really wonderful, and I can't eat a whole lot of it.  My eyes are still bigger than my stomach...lol.
Glad to hear that you're doing well!  Keep up the good work!
