Topic: got my vitamins a week before my op
Well I ordered my sample vitamins from celebrate bariatric vitamins and they arrived today.  All the way from the United States of America to my little house in Romsey, Hants.  They took about 2 weeks so pretty good service there and they have a toll free number to call.  Bet that is not free from the UK...LOL.  Anyway only 7 more sleeps for me and I am sort of wishing that it would come soon and I could get it out of the way...Sort of wish that I took the first appointment that was offered to me which would have meant that I was over a week past my op..Nevermind I am even getting used to the pre op diet.  Thinking that it is not too bad and at least I am losing weight.
New Job is great and they understand that I will need a couple of weeks off. Fantastic new manager. I just love it having such a laugh...Life is looking good.

Topic: RE: Question of the Week 3/7/11
nothing will taste worse than loosing £9000 on a wasted operation because I can't stop putting rubbish into my mouth.

Isn't that the truth! Maybe we should tape our receipts from the operations to our refrigerators for encouragement instead of some photo of how we want to look or whatever else people tape up there. I think it would be just as encouraging as anything else, maybe more!

Head hunger and the desire for cheese on toast or a take away or something fattening but delicious...but nothing will taste worse than loosing £9000 on a wasted operation because I can't stop putting rubbish into my mouth.   Also nothing feels better than looking at those scales and seeing the numbers get smaller...that is my motivation
