Did you add it to pre-made pudding? I make it all the time, but I do it using the boxed powder pudding and add the protein powder to the milk.

Hey guys..I thought i would share since I made this last night for me and the family and it was AWESOME!!   This was for a family of 4 with left overs for today.lol.  In the crock pot, add chicken breast, I had 5 pretty good size breast, 2 cans of low fat chicken broth, 2 cans of low fat cream of chicken soup, cut up 5 medium size potatoes, bag of frozen broccoli, added some original Mrs Dash seasoning, and cook on low in the crock pot for 10 hrs...OHHH it was so yummy!!  Hope you enjoy as much as my family and I did!!

And I am on soft food, and it was all soft, tear apart!!

Sweets used to be my weakness, but my bad gall bladder helped get rid of that demon. You can only stand to be in severe pain and vomit all night for so long before you finally don't want what makes you do that. I didn't stop eating sweets completely before surgery but I wasn't "addicted" to sweets like I used to be.
I would have to say that Chinese food is my biggest weakness and what I am missing the most. I just really love all the flavors and the variety you get when you go to a buffet.
Last year when I went on MediFast I learned about a sugar free teriyaki sauce sold at netrition.com. It's actually really good, especially when you haven't tasted Chinese food for a long time. So, to help me stay on track, I will cook a stir fry with shredded cabbage, sliced mushrooms, the SF teriyaki sauce and either shrimp or chicken breast.

Ok, so why did my SF pudding turn into a soupy mess when I added a scoop of protein powder to it? I thought that it would make it more thick. It didn't taste too bad really but it was a real turn off! Didn't enjoy it at all, especially those tiny bits of powder that didn't disolve completely.
Guess I have to find a different way to add more protein!

Sorry you're feeling bad. The water is so much harder to get in after surgery. Before surgery I loved to drink water; usually drank more than 10 cups a day easily. Now I still struggle to get in 7 cups a day. It's a pain but we gotta do it. I hope you're able to increase your intake easily and start feeling better!

I have a urine infection and I feel a bit washed out.
Got to take antibiotics for 10 days.
Think it is because I haven't been drinking enough.   I have never been a big drinker but now we have to drink more......eugh!
Got to drink more.  Going to take more flavoured water into work so I always have a drink besides me.
and to cap it all I think I am stalling...poo bah humbug...
not liking my sleeve today :-(
