19 days and counting

Okay it has been 19 days and no weight loss. I am going up and down like a see-saw a few pounds up then down back to where  I started can't seem to break 236 anyone else going through this.Is this my first real stall? Just feeling like it will never ended.

I've had two (very frustrating) stalls - one for about 2 weeks, one for nearly 3.  What I eventually found was that I was a) not drinking enough b) not eating enough (for the amount of exercise I've been doing).  Increased both and  - - - BOOM...down nearly 2 lbs!  So, maybe you could try mixing things up a bit??  Eat more or less (depending on what you're doing now), try increasing your fluids also!  Good luck!

I got up this a.m and down 1 yeah!!!I am trying to focus on both,Ithought I was doing fine .Fluids have never been an issue the eatting another story.I added back a protein shake 8oz. yesterday.T%hat might have done it or finally lost a lb of hair(lol)

The weight loss has really slowed down now , but my clothes are still getting bigger so I must be doing something right. Only weigh myself once per week now as any more gets a bit depressing.  Again I must think about drinking more.
Also need to get more exercise but working about 12 hour days makes that difficult.  Never mind at least I am still getting great comments from people I haven't seen for a while that makes all the difference
