I walk every am 1.5 miles with one set of friends and 1.5 at night with another set .These Gals cheer me over ever ib and never get tired of hearing guess what ___ down another.LOL one friends walks both set with me.My big secret real friends.I drink at least 1 g2 gatorade aday and drink thru out day Protein shake as needed.I really am bad eat what I want my sleeve controls amount I think I need cal so I dont count .This is one of those things dont do what I do moments I do stay on what type of food such as soft easy to digest most of the time.You asked I am telling but not recommending it.LOL I dont get tired or feel week so guess am doing right.I eat pasta but such a small amount I think I need fuel.I listen to my body agin follow your guidelines I am a bad example. But it is working
