Ok, so why did my SF pudding turn into a soupy mess when I added a scoop of protein powder to it? I thought that it would make it more thick. It didn't taste too bad really but it was a real turn off! Didn't enjoy it at all, especially those tiny bits of powder that didn't disolve completely.
Guess I have to find a different way to add more protein!

Did you add it to pre-made pudding? I make it all the time, but I do it using the boxed powder pudding and add the protein powder to the milk.

Yeah, pre made pudding. I bought too much of it while I was in the thin, mushy stage and I am trying to use it. I eat it a lot less than I thought I would because it is hard to fit it in my daily nutritional requirements. Adding the protein to it kinda makes it worth eating but that was very unappealing!

Yeah, don't put it in the pre-made pudding. Protein powder needs to be disolved in liquid, so you'd get clumps if you just put it straight in the pudding.
