How much have we lost in March

Went for check in yesterday will be 3 weeks out in a.m and have lost 25 since surgery!!!Yeah me!Dr. said I was doing great and most sleevers lose around 10ibs first month.But what I have seen on here is alot more than 10 in a month so I beleive this site helps to motivate!!!!Keep checking in !

I lost 13.4 lbs the first week, and nothing the 2nd week. I decided to wait until I saw my doctor again to weigh, to avoid the daily/weekly obsession with the scale. My appointment is tomorrow morning, so expect a lbs lost update from me in the afternoon!

I lost about 12lb in 2 weeks so ok. You are doing really well. Well done
Those are pounds that we will never see again so good bye and good riddance to them...lol

Wooohooo! Congrats! I am down 10 since surgery. Not a huge number but I'll take it!

VSG on 03/01/11

I was sleeved on March 1st and have lost a total of 25 pounds since surgery. I went to a Dr appt today and my blood pressure was great, even though I haven't taken my meds since surgery so my Dr told me to discontinue unless it starts to go high again. He's really happy with my weight loss and said I look 5 years younger than the last time he saw me.
I think we're all doing really well and should feel very proud of our progress! Keep it up everyone!

*I think we all are doing great!!! I contibute alot of mine is my kids show animals for 4h and show was this week so have been very busy moving and moving and moving somemore.I am tall so really dont see it but gosh I have more energy and feel great!

My surgery was a week ago and I'm down 9 pounds. Pretty happy!

9 pounds is a great loss for 1 week. I never had a "big" loss right after surgery but I have lost 5-6 pounds every week and I am happy with that!

I haven't lost anything since that initial 9 pounds. I"m trying not to freak, but it's slightly discouraging. I've been moving a lot, but no formal exercise yet. Until Friday I am not allowing myself to hop on the scale. Hopefully I'll be rewarded then!
