I plan to have a meeting at East Brunswick Baptist Church on the first Saturday of each month at 9:30am starting in January!!

The first meeting of the Maine Melters will happen at East Brunswick Baptist Church!!  83 Farley Rd. is the address.  All Mainers are welcome! 

Let's get together and discuss our desire to be healthy!  My journey led me to RNY surgery.  Maybe yours will lead to that, Lap-Band, or diet and exercise.  You are welcome in my group no matter your route to health! 

I've lost 108 lbs with God's help!  You can do it!

Hey everyone!! I'm forming a support group based in the mid-coast area.  I know many of us would like to meet with some regularity, but getting all the way to Portland or Auburn is not always feasible.  I'm currently looking for a meeting space that we can use.  Let me know if you would like to attend, and I'll make sure you know when and where we are meeting!
