This group is awful no one here ever talks.I dont have anyone to talk to on here for support. I found a new site its called lapbandtalk.com they even have groups for bypass surgeries all weight loss surgeries.They are awesome! Live chats and photos its a great site.

You responded last time I checked for life on this board.  So you are post op a month now.  Congratulations to you and a belated welcome to the loosers bench. 

Its so sad this board is always empty.  Since the leader is based in Norwalk, I thought perhaps I could get some people together for a meet and greet but this is a ghost town. 

There is a LAP Band and a Realize Band forum here too.  I've heard from OH friends that these are pretty active.  I will check out the site you mentioned.  I am always looking for good information and support. 

I tried the lap band forums but they aren't very talkative I love my other site. I would lolve a meet.I live in New London CT I know some are pretty far away from me.

New London is pretty far north but the casino's would make a great m&g location.  I've found just one other CT person and she's near me in Greenwhich.  We talked about meeting at a support group meeting. 

I'm going to send you a friend request.  If I ever do find a few other folks maby we can pull together dinner or an activity.
