Hello and introduction!

Hi! As you all know...my name is Brandy. I successfully completed the Obesity Help leader support group training program. I am really excited to be a support group leader.

It may take some time to get our board up and running, but please be patient. Feel free to refer your friends or anyone else you know.

Also... this group can be very helpful for military spouses from all over to share their info they have from one base to the next. Maybe helping to ease the transitions of switching providers and Tricare areas.
