I never make this as a pie.....only in a bowl.  Being that it is Spring, here is a fresh treat idea:

Strawberry Dream (Pie)

2 lbs of strawberries cleaned and sliced
2 8oz packages of cream cheese (I used one fat free and one low fat)
1/2 cup of splenda
1/4 cup or more of sugar free strawberry or raspberry jam
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
small to medium size tub of cool whip
2 low fat graham cracker pie crusts

In large bowl, place 2 pks of soft cream cheese, jam, splenda and extract. Beat on low until well mixed. Fold in cool whip until well blended. Fold in clean, sliced berries. Place pie mixture into graham cracker crusts. Refrigerate until ready to eat.

Near as I can get without crust for nutritional value, but the site I was using was not really cooperating this morning:

Also---remember that a WLS serving is usually about half of a regular serving.

Great recipe.  I'm going to try scaling it down for one or two slices.  I will skip the crust or experiment with protein powder.  Sounds delicious as is but the grahm crackers would be my undoing, lol.

Silly Brian!
This makes enough filling for 2 pies!

I have a calorie count site at work (I'm home now) and I will run the numbers in the morning.
I have TONS of recipes too......maybe I'll post a few more.
