Welcome!

Support open to anyone needing support in weight loss whether by surgery or by other means. We share recipes, protein ideas, and give any type of moral support needed to help you to be a success in loosing and maintaining your weight once it is off. Welcome to all.   We meet once a month for a short meeting.  Come and meet other WLS patients and have lots of fun with us.    We are going to be meeting at Carroll Watkins Driving School.   The address is 303 N. Main Street in Keller, Texas 76248 .    We will be meeting the first sunday of every month at 3:30 PM.   The meetings will only last about a hour.   I do understand that the weekends are a very busy time for everyone and their families but I also do know how very important supporting one another is during our WL journeys.   Please come and join us.    We will have a new topic each month and I will also bring a recipe to share each month.
