Topic for our June 7th meeting will be on Having a Successful Summer and Celebrating Independence....since our next meeting will be after the 4th of July.    Hope you will be at our meeting to learn some great tips to celebrating and having a successful summer of weight loss.    I will have some great samples to pass out to you and also some great summer recipes.    Hope to see you there !!!!
